In the top right-hand corner, upgrade your account to include the new deal. 

Once this is complete, click "New Investment"

Investment limits are only enforced on interested amounts.
The exit date can be left blank
This information can be edited at any time

Click "Change" to edit this information

Planning Ahead... E-Signature Subscription Agreement

Step 1 - Email your final unencrypted documents to podium@luinc.com:

1) PPM
2) Operating Agreement
3) Investor Suitability Questionnaire
4) Subscription Booklet
Step 2 - The Podium support team will mark up the document for digital signing, and upload it to your account
A one-time $150 fee will be added to your card used for your Podium subscription
Step 3 - When you are ready, turn on subscriptions for your offering

Turn Around Time

Documents will be returned within 24 - 48 hours. 
A time estimate will be given upon acknowledgment of receiving documents.
Please include this in your fundraising plan to accommodate the markup.

Questions

Can I do step 2 myself? 
Preparing subscription booklets for digital signing is complex. It requires specialized training and expertise.
Only trained Podium support personnel can do the markup.
Why is there a charge for this service?
It takes 4 to 6 hours for a trained and experienced person to prepare your document. The $150 fee covers this cost.
