Settings

      Under your name in the top right corner click on "Settings"

      Organization

        • Organization name (Carter Investments)
        • Turn on/off Celebration List
        • Tax ID numbers 
          • It is highly recommended you keep this option ON. This means that when a Passive investor makes a soft commitment or subscribes to your offering, they must include their Tax ID in their profile. This is the most secure and convenient method.

      Team Members

        • Click "Add Team Member" to give someone access to this account with their own login.
        • Spouse, Property Manager, Accountant
        • Different access can be granted for each person
          • Admin: 
            • Unrestricted Access
          • Member:
            • Restricted access
            • Cannot create or change investments
            • Cannot export the roster
            • Cannot access Settings
            • Cannot create NACHA files
          • Accountant: 
            • Restricted access
            • Can export the roster
            • Can upload K-1 statements
            • No other access

      Logo

      Upload a business logo or a family picture to help brand your deals and emails

      Emails

    • History
      • Any email you send out from Podium will be recorded here. To whom it was sent, the date, and the message text.

  • Custom Templates
    • Manage your own templates for any communication (monthly reports, announcements, etc.)

  • Workflow Templates
    • Manage the contents of the Podium workflow emails here. Mostly geared towards fundraising. The bottom email includes the email template that can be sent out when you accept someone to your contact list. To make edits to these click the blue pencil icon.

Bank Accounts

  • Manage your bank accounts for ACH transfers
  • From your bank you will need
    • Immediate Origin
    • Immediate Destination

Billing

  • Manage your Podium subscription and update your credit card here

Export

  • Exports all your contacts to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file
