• Consider offerings
  • The lead investor invites you to see their offering
  • You review the property information, investment amounts, and documents related to the offering

When a Lead sends you an offering you will receive an email letting you know it is available in your Passive Portal. 

Log in to Podium and click on "Offerings" 

View documents, make soft commitments or subscribe to the deal by clicking on the tabs. If you are not interested in this offering you can click "Mark as Not Interested" and it will remove it from your Offerings page.
